Was being annoying, then once we found a reason to arrest him, he disconnected.
Then, he was stopping vehicles with seats.

After this happened, he proceded to random taze and shoot at people and vehicles as a policeman. Thought I should add this in.

this might be because there is 3 different jaymans? multiple accounts maybe?

The JayMan that is accused is spelled "JayMan" (Case Sensitive), and I know he still has that name because I saw him yesterday (maybe yesterday, or possibly the day before that) chasing cops in a taxi..
