[b]Why we should unban you: We walked into the office we bought the doors. We took out contra on the top floor and took the elevator down to the lobby and started to decorating. we called it "CLEAN CO" so we had business not just contra.
The rule say no base and we didnt have a base we had a shop/company

When you are placing down Contraband it automatically turns to aggressiveRP due to the very illegal nature of it. Since contraband is illegal, (by perma law) then it is considered basing if you put it down.
With the amount of bans and experience you have (dating back to 2012) you should know this very well.
