Summary: This user intentionally CDM'd multiple people and DC'd when the police attempted to arrest him.
As seen in the first clip the user CDM'd a group outside the main street shops and reversed away to then drive back over my ragdoll body.
In the second clip it shows the user driving into a group of people outside the nexus and then driving off towards Burger King, where he stops because he is being shot by the police he gets out then is tased and cuffed, which he then DC's to escape.
