STEAM_0:1:63347698 has been issued a small ban as well as a blacklist on his prop manipulation tools. It seems like STEAM_0:0:29100421 was actually trying to handcuff the propkiller and there isn't much evidence to prove otherwise, but nevertheless I've issued him a small blacklist on officer for abusing the tools to backseat admin.
