Summary: Public building speed bumps, cars couldn't drive over them and got stuck. I explained him in OOC why it wasn't allowed but due to his ignorant attitude I was forced to make a ban request.

I am a witness of this, If you check the logs you will see I told D.Gray Man that he needs admins permission, but kept on saying that he has (Of which we didn't belive)
We also told him that they where jamming our cars when we went a little bit slow, we had to break the 25MPH speed limit just to get over them.
I have screenshots I will/can upload them if needed.
