I can confirm that he was doing this and a random flare, in this picture you see him holding a flare gun.

Really you are going to lie on a BR? Qerhem, the server logs show my X,Y,Z's at all times, well i hope they do. And yes I did stand on his head for about 5 seconds and fire a flare(Witch i did not know was wrong, well did not think about it) the server was lagging at this point everybody's ping was above 200 so there was nothing going on such as (Decent RP chefs cops any thing) Pretty much the majority of the server is in the picture's What ever a Admins decision is im sure it will be a good one. peace.

I edited it as I did not have sufficient proof of you flying :/ I do believe even now that you were using "hacks" because I saw you in the flying animation, bare in mind it was extremely laggy on the server so you could have been flying or it could have been the lag.
p.s Someone else wrote in ooc "Basic is flying :/" or something like that...
