Summary:Well as i was building a sign for a gun store that i was security of Shadowman99 as a BMD tied me up and pointed a gun at me (This happened outside in the streets) He then told me to come with him knowing he was breaking the Job/hostaging rules I refused and told him to untie me or I would post a BR he tried to fight me for a good 5 mins and he left me there tied up

Your evidence lacks context and it doesn't prove that the accused player had a valid reason for his/her actions.
