Summary: I was playing as an officer, after I switched, when props fell down. When I looked up on the roof the guy (HaPlex) must have surfed on it. After the props were placed, our guy xTeRiX takes over (Unfortunately I don't have enough proof to show he actually moved and threw every prop, but he did). This went on for a while, resulting in nearly crashing the server.
