There's no need to jump right at Aldrin with rude comments. If he feels that it's his fault, then let him feel that way. However, I doubt old members leave because of newcomers. After hours and hours online, some people just get tired of the gamemode, just like with any other game in the world. You play until the fun is over.
There's no need to feel bad about anything.
