Summary: This player has been randomly stealing cars, she steals mine, I chase after it, after getting my car back I pin her against another car, she gets out with a lock pick(most likely stealing more cars?) Gets a gun and starts rdming me.

Even if she did own a chop shop it will still failrp as she pick locked the trabant outside the nexus I believe, and kept pick locking cars throughout the city.
The logs should prove of her randomly lock picking cars.
