I am here to state that I did not see him do any of these except he did in fact ignore warnings. The reason I'm posting is because Twixtor also CDM'd me. I was crossing the road and he stopped his car when he saw me cross, followed by turning his wheels to face me and began to accelerate and I do believe an admin dealt with him.

[Witness] I can confirm this happened. Although when I closed my game I had no screenshots available. I'll look through my files for evidence. But he was flinging props at cars and killing multiple people. I was first to see him do this.
