Steam does not download clientregistry.blob - Maximum Troll - 07-30-2011
my garrys mod was getting stuck on loading,so i was told to delete Clientregistry.blob,so i did it,and now its just stuck on 0% on updating (i am talking about steam),any chance you know what can Ido?

Firstly, you don't need to use bold text to explain your answer, as that makes it annoying to read. Secondly, you're better off consulting Steam Support.
Also, how long did you wait? It might just be taking a long time.

Fixed it by reinstalling steam
