Summary: ThecAKE the driver of the black Golf you see at the start was driving around CDMing people. Primarily the SRU outside the Nexus. When ThecAKE ran over a citizen outside the Nexus and attempted to hit me I shot and killed him. He then broke NLR while I was in the process of getting a warrant for his car and impounding it. After he followed me back to the Nexus garage I arrested him for trespassing, and this is when his friend Dontsmoke began shooting me as a cop.
Evidence:
Most of the CDMing can be seen in logs. I was unable to get any of him running people over.
