Summary: Basicly he was on the left side of the elevator (there is some open space) and he build some kind of baricade and started shooting from there when the elevator was down. His reason for that was that the president was failrping by sitting in a chair and cops that break NLR. He also said that its was worth the ban after i told him he couldn't do that.
