Summary: Myself and Jonesy were driving around and we found this prop in the road.
I approached the accused and told him that what he was doing was wrong and he must remove the prop. He replied with
"Dude I don't give an F*** about your ban request"
This player has no intention to conform to FL regulations or the RP going on around him.
