Why we should unban you: The reason I fired on Norbit is because he was randomly shooting me with his pistol. There are multiple people who also saw norbit Team killing and RDMing.

So instead of either getting him demoted or screenshotting/recording for a BR, so decided to break the rules yourself and shoot back at him. Correct?

Yes, is it not allowed to shoot back in self defence?

Also the other police officers had tried many times to get him demoted but the president would not listen. I am also sorry if it is against the rules to shoot back at him as this was my first instinct since I play alot of shooting games.

After consulting with another staff member, i've decided to approve this.
I was undercover at the time, so theres no way for you to know i was there,
therefor, you could not call me and you simply defended yourself.
