Tugada was previously a security guard and the president hired him just so they could hang out in his office, all they were doing was playing with props. Also hiring him as a guard at the time made no sense, since I was SRU and the hired guard only had a knife. Even before Bradocky became the president, he and Tugada made a prop-blocked contra base inside the Burger King as a chef a paramedic. I do not have screens of that, though. Basically they were just screwing around together in various jobs.
Now that I look at everything, I didn't really get evidence of any background information. Eh, move this to denied. I'll try to only post requests with more evidence.
