Summary: Trespass:
We just had an attack on the President randomly which was RDM but I cannot prove but the name looks like the one belonging to the accused.
They were a rebel and just ran in and started shooting. We managed to kill him and then suddenly they player returns(Assuming this is the same person) as a citizen and runs passed the desk.
At this point, I used my taser to apprehend the suspect and placed handcuffs but they broke Fear RP and ran off while the Nexus defense's were open. I chased until I could taze and I placed a warrant which was confirmed.
Moments later the player says "well bye then" and DCs before I could hit him with the arrest baton.
I have evidence of the DC that shows the warrant request, it being accepted and the DC.
As for the other accusations I put forward, I have no evidence but I'm hoping that the logs show something about what happened prior to the trespass.
