So i am trying to ban Melody, but can not type his name to get the steam ID? how do i type like this?

You need to be in the game with him and type "status" in the console. Optionally you can try to find him in the list of recent players you have played with. If you somehow find his steamID or any of his steam information, go to www.steamidfinder.com and type it in there. It will give you his steamID.

You can also make use of Fearless's Steam Finder. It only looks for steam IDs of players who have been on the server before. http://www.fearlessrp.net/misc.php?page=steamid

If you actually were to read the question, you would know that the problem, was that the player was using non-latin characters.
