Summary: Someone's car was stolen, and we went to look for it (I was police). We encountered the car being driven by player Akuma (as a firefighter). We followed him to the fire station where I proceeded to halt him, after which he got out his fireaxe and tried to RDM me. On his next 2 respawns he immediately tried to axe and punch me again. All this while completely ignoring fearRP as well.
In the meanwhile he blames me of doing RDM.

Insufficient evidence, minging with the fireaxe is a minor offence and also the fireaxe doesn't cause damage so he couldn't of "RDM'ed" you.
