Summary: Okay well the main reason I'm putting a request on this guy is the fact that he was putting a giant fence around the nexus as a citizen with absolutely no button or keypad. However before that he was building a cage around himself (also as a citizen in the nexus)

I can confirm all of this as a witness, he also stated he never wanted to come back I will try and dig up the screenshot if anyone wants it.
