SteamID: there were 2 people named kieran. the kieran in this video had 20 hours so I checked the IDs. 1. kieran had a ban from long time ago by Jamie so the kieran number 2 was the right ID. STEAM_0:1:63781732 (please check if it was him)

Summary: I went to the president's office, because black market dealer had to say to him something and I saw Kieran team killing president. I shot kieran that he wont kill the president. Also he was prop blocking and RDM Coroleone who accidently ran him over. he tried to arrest him first. He got demoted from officer and he became police sergeant and tried to RDM president again.
