Summary: Well, connorryder was disrespecting the police officers (calling them cunts in OOC, I don't have proof of this but you can check the logs) and then he disconnected to avoid arrest. His explanation of why he disconnected was: 'because the cops kept randomly tasing me.' even though he clearly saw he was being arrested. And they tased him because he kept running away, which is not a random tase, in my opinion.
