DreeBott reconnecting to bypass fines and arrests - mindfulhacker - 03-02-2014

Summary: Basically, I was police and told him to stop ( this is first time ) his car. He stopped because he got stuck on a hill and got out. I told him he had a fine and he tried to proppush his car off the hill. He continued and I told him if he did not pay the fine he would be arrested. He did not comply do I tazed then hancuffed then untazed him. He then said in voice chat " I will reconnect to have no fine" then reconnected. I then died on the way back to the nexus when I saw a car crash. I went to investigate and he was there saying "hahaha i killed him with my car!". I hancuffed him and he just went and reconnected to get past this. He tried to threaton me that i was failrping but i wasnt and he said he would submit a ban request for me.
