I'm Playing on v33x and there is a bug on the big door
the House Front Of MTL Door and and cant close the
Doors if i want to close is gust go and dont stop
i have Movie Evdn... so i boot a Finding Door
and i'm making a Chop shop [admin ask me why i stole the car is say i'm making Chop shop]
so i'm playing and stelling cars and sale the cars i stole a cop car and
the police man see me and i take the car and i go and he dont say any thin
like Stop or i well shot you like that and ween i'm it my Chop shop admin see my
finding door and he remove and he black list me for
Gun / Cars / Props / Toolgun / Physgun
ok lest talk now for
Gun : so why you black list me From Guns
i dont make any thin whit gun ? and i dont RDM some one

Putting a prop in front of a door is not allowed. I showed you HOW to close it from the outside, so it was not really a bug. You saw me do it and you understood how. The rules clearly state that you are not allowed to put a door in front of a door.
As for the FearRP, you stole a car and a police officer pointed a gun at you telling you to stop. You did not stop and continued to drive on, I witnessed it all.

You lockpicked the car in front of multiple witnesses and even a police officer;

That's why you got a blacklist from the lockpicks (weapons and vehicles). You stole the car under circumstances that was not allowed. He did tell you to stop, I saw it myself.
Putting a prop in front of a door is not allowed at all, you should have advised a moderator or administrator before you did. I would have disapproved it though.
