Title of Suggestion: Getting stuff back if you enter the car
Description: So if you're a cop or any government job and you get into your government vehicle (your own vehicle) you get you're GOVERNMENT stuff back like cuff's, Tazer, ram, fire extenquiser, etc... After you've been taken hostage or just tied up and released.
Why: Adds realism as in cop cars people usually have spare stuff and fixes the annoying that you can't cuff or arrest somebody after you been taken tied
