Summary: Cookies is ruining the RP on v2p by breaking all the rules he is obivous not here to RP at all. He just killed me as Police SGT while i was an cops also. Reason: ??? No idea.
If you also check the logs that will show more people complaining about this guy. He just got unbanned and he is starting again doing RDM and CDM.
