Summary: My car was being impounded, an officer asked for a search warrant, Waffle gave him an arrest warrant. I asked him to remove it, he did not.

Edit III: Now he has banned all groups and set taxes to 20% with no valid reason, and he isn't demoting people who are breaking the rules.
