Sorry for not reading the rules fully, but I thought you were the one that killed my friends. I survived by hiding. I tracked him down to one of the apartments were you lived. I went at the wrong place. Sorry for misunderstanding! I've read all the rules now.

Accused player was found guilty of random raiding, but reviewing administrator saw no reason to apply a punishment as the accused player has learned his lesson and no real harm came out of the rulebreakage.
