Could some of the admins or moderators do this deal. I give them pay safe card PIN code --> they add it to their Steam --> they buy me donator rank and money packs for that money. it would be best if the admin would be from Europe ( € ).

I don't quite get what you are wishing to do, but one of these is the right answer:
1) Not allowed.
2) Officially speaking, Fearless only accepts PayPal.

I mean that admin would buy me a donator status and I would give him Pay Safe card money for Steam or where he wants to spend it

The conversion rates for such currencies are quite above the Paypal limited due to it being rather cyber-based.
