Time in GMT: 21:02 (GMT -6) is when I found him with my stolen vehicle.

Summary: Found him on the top of my car crashed and injured, called a admin and Venom showed up and told Adinqwe to do the RP properly through PM. Adinqwe was chop-shoping as a corleone(failRP) and stealing police cars(failRP). After this he asked me if he could have his lockpick back(NLR). Venom left after me finding him crashed, as he was doing a RP and I just felt like a ban request was in order.
