Summary: As you can see, "Bobtinator" drove his car in the nexus. As he tried to drive his car out of the nexus, he killed two people. After he died he broke the NLR.

Did break NLR and he purposely ran over that man not even trying to tell him to get out of the way. If you have more evidence showing him actually driving it into the nexus please post it.
