Selling for $110,000. Price could change in negotiations
I am normally on V2P.
Trade on v2p but if you cannot go on there I will trade elsewhere (on another map) Bigger map less people mean there will be less people bothering the transaction.
Transaction will be screenshotted (Precaution, apologies) Please type when transacting as it can be screenshotted and there is no variable of misunderstanding.

I have one offer on it, he says he is buying it for his friend and he can't do today so tommorow.
I am still open, If you can get me a good price.
He is currently putting all his money in to it and his friend is chipping in I guess for 100 so I am open for 100+ but that is not guaranteed as times might mess up etc.
