Summary:
First he randomly tranqued, with the excuse of: "tranquing deals no damage". Then he started talking some trash, and finally disconnected to avoid arrest. Also changed his name quickly before disconnecting to Weiner Machiner. There were some others standing around who can confirm this, I hope one sees this BR and can put in some more evidence.
