Summary:
This guy was minging all over the place. It started with random shooting. I walked past him, then he took out an MP5 and started shooting. just check the logs around 13:00 for evidence. Later he abused the sit function to avoid arrest, got that recorded (sorry for the crappy recording, fraps was bugging). After that, he went on a massive killing spree with an AWP which he even admitted in OOC (11 kills as a citizen in a matter of minutes). Later, around 13:50 I got tranqued a few times, I suspect by him, but again I think the logs can prove this. In general, one of the biggest non-prop abusing minges I have seen yet. Also has 9 bans already at 80 hours playtime, doesn't seems like someone who is here for RP.
