Summary: Stealing an ambulance as a taxi driver.
I couldn't get evidence cause he was driving fast and when i saw it was him i tried to screenshot but it went too late. (He quickly bailed when he saw me) He did this about 2-3 times when i was on server.

Although I appreciate players posting ban requests rather than taking it into their own hands, without evidence there's not a lot we can do I'm afraid
