I donated for VIP yesterday, got it fine.
Donated $10 today, so i could get Another $200k, havent got it according to the character section on website.

Correct me if I am wrong but I think you must actually join the server to receive the money. When playing today with Dwip, he had donated a few hours prior to when he joined the game. As soon as he entered it popped up "CityRP has given Dwip 2 Money Packs" or something along those lines. If you still don't have any luck then do as Sean said.
