Reason for the ban: Murdering a homeless man who was just RPing - and wasnt armed/violent
Why we should unban you: we were Rp'ing with AxelVII, KaCiNNN and Mr.whatDiDYouSAY`?!?! and we build a stage. me and kacinnn and Mr.whatDiDYouSAY`?!?! were guarding the stage and this dude ran up to the stage and we told him several times to back off. he didnt do that and we used the yell (/y) and warned him. he didnt respond and kept ignoring us. then all 3 of us guards agreed to kill him. and the admin ([FL] Sniperwolf) didnt let us explain. he just banned. <-- that isnt fair!
ps. ask KaCiNNN and Mr.whatDiDYouSAY`?!?. everythng i wrote is what happened

I was also there, and you weren't banned for no reason.
You guys need to understand what RP means. It means you play as that character.
You were helping set up a stage, so IRL, if some homeless mute man came to the stage for money - didn't do anything wrong, what would happen?
They'd try and escort him away, or if that failed, they'd call the police.
What wouldn't happen, is them beating him to death with a crowbar...

first of all. there were a guy shooting him so you don even know if i got the "final blow". anyways we could have called the police. but we needed him away. and the punish is 7 day. that is harsh. a RDM penalty i 1 day at the max. but maybe you could consider the punishment could be a day instead and i wont do it again and always try 2 call the police.
ps. why didnt you call the police when i/him killed the guy?

You obviously made no attempt to RP the situation. Take the 7 Day ban as a lesson, after this I doubt you will do it again.
