Summary: I was purchasing ammo from a gundealer. I got the first shipment just fine. Mr_Gamer ran by, I had killed him earlier for random raiding and rdming some guys I was assisting and talking to, and grabbed the second shipment. I couldn't see the shipment but the gundealer and chef who was the witness for the transaction both stated that the corleone took it. The gundealer gave me a replacement shipment. Mr_Gamer was asked to return the stolen items to which he proceeded to play dumb.
Evidence: Logs would be all I got as I wasn't filming at the time.
