Not sure what Fearlesses stance is on having 2 accounts but i find myself running out of props like many other people and is having 2 account for more props is the same is have Alts?

Having two accounts is considered double account, even if you want to get more props. If you want to spawn more props, ask a friend to paste the current dupe you already made.
-Double Account is strictly forbidden, from my knowledge.

As Myfloodify stated, multiple accounts may not be used under any circumstances, except if a special arrangement is made with the administration, which anyway is unlikely to happen.

You may not use a second account to play on Fearless for the reason you specified. As Joykill said, unless there is a specific reason for you to change your account there is no reason to use a second account.
