Did you copy the Faceposer animation from the Half-Life 2 files or did you make the sequence yourself? And if the latter, can you make the President say "ENGLISH MOTHERF**KER DO YOU SPEAK IT"?

The source engine makes the animation automatically when doing:
Player():EmitSound()
