Reason: Misuse of firearm, random deathmatch (x3).
Involved: Me, a taxi driver and the security guard who shot me
Why we should unban you: I was near a crash where a man was incapacitated. A taxi driver started punching the body so I tried to cuff him but a security guard started shooting me. I didn't realize there were two guards with similar names so I shot the innocent one and killed him. But then I realized there was another guard shooting at me so, in self defense, I shot him and killed him. The "third" RDM I think was me tazing the taxi driver because he was punching a body so I could warrant him for an arrest.
The only thing wrong with this situation is me killing the innocent security guard, but they both had very similar names so it was a complete accident.
I hope I can be forgiven for this and have my ban removed or at least shortened.

From what I saw when I observed the situation outside the Tides Hotel, there was a bunch of cops shooting around and then you walk off down to BP shooting and then killing a Security Guard.
He was unarmed and so lethal force shouldn't have been used. There is a taser that should have been used, so you can knock out suspects easily, without killing them.

It is true that both Security Guards had similar names, and from the logs it appears as though 'Santas little walrus' used some ammunition and a pistol but the other one didn't. I can see cause for confusion here.

? Im the likely case that this is denied I can accept my ban and "sit it out" but I would be very thankful if my ban was removed (or at least shortened), and I would try to stay out of trouble in the future
