Summary:
Attempted to mug Nixzen near apartments as a Doctor. When Nixzen didn't pay he start shooting at him and that's when I got the first picture as Nixzen ran past yelling for help. I followed darth to the apartments where he then pulled a gun on me and said if I didn't leave he was going to kill me. An officer ended up responding and arrested him.

Evidence doesn't prove rulebreakage as I cannot know if the accused player actually had an RP reason for doing what he did.
