Summary:Well i was walking around the city and decided to roll around the appartments when i see Zick spawning props to go around the floors. (propclimbing) since he has 400 hours he clearly should know the rules.

I wouldn't call it prop-climb, more like making a walk way
So try changing it to: rule 8 in the tools/props section.
"Don't try to get on rooftops and don't build on them either."
It clearly states that, and he was trying to get onto it.
And possibly get the time in GMT as well. (would be a lot easier as it does clearly say "Time in GMT:" Then you put "over in Portugal" that i don't really think that's GMT.)

If the own this 2 houses (Including penthouse) I don't see why he can't do this.

Oh and i would like to add, if you ban zick, you gonna get hated.
A lot of people like zick, some find him amazing. (im not gonna mention names)
So be prepared.
(Also: when i say a lot i mean A LOT!)
