I see some people with different skins on but i cant find out how to change it, please can you help?

I think he means suits.
Suits is for Donaters only same as the Special Service team

You mean the unemployed models?
They randomly change when you get killed, got slayed or when you was in jail. But sometimes there are the same.
Same for all other Groups which have different skins.

Oh, I think your talking about the Ninja Suit. That's a Admin suit. So if you see someone with it on. It's an Admin.
