Summary:
I had just joined the server and saw officers and other armed individuals running towards metro cafe. When I got there to see what was going on ADP had based in the shop (also prop blocked the door?), with austin and they were both demanding payment for a hostage (ADP was a chauffeur as well). I told them what they were doing is not allowed and ADP proceeded to fire shots at me and tell me to 'Get the f*** out'. You can see that my health drops as the pictures progress.
There was a fourth civilian inside who was armed (in the third picture). I did not get his name however.
The following doesn't have image evidence, you may need to dig through logs for this: Not even 10 minutes after these events had taken place I was driving a bus around and saw police outside of the car dealer which was on fire. The next time I drove by dead cops were alongside the road and a firetruck was parked there. Turns out the rebels (only got ADP's name) had hostaged the fireman who was there responding to the fire.
EDIT: Over an hour later I logged on and found ADP minging again in the city. First, he was driving his car into Venom's bus, eventually pinning him to a tree and telling him to 'stfu' and calling him an 'idiot'. Then, he fills up for gas, backs up, and begins RDMing a civilian on the side of the road, he doesn't kill him however. Figuring he'd be causing more trouble I hung around at the BP and sure enough he runs into Sgtbender's post office rp and begins to RDM everyone inside.
SECOND EDIT: Even after all of this austin began waiving his gun around for no reason and shooting into the air. He then says on the mic "I'm gonna do something crazy" and runs to the Nexus. I follow him in and up the lift where he begins to ask "Is there an admin on?" and "How can you tell"? By the third floor he asks me and the other guy if we want to kill the president. We both say not really and he runs in, begins shooting at a cop (who did break fearrp) and began running through gunning at the president as a gundealer and without any reason.

I think it is very clear that neither of these two are here to RP, they are simply here to cause chaos on the server.

I was the man in the black suit being shot at. The GD you see had pointed a pistol at me while I was RPing a Canada Post Employee so when he ran off I pulled out my gun and ran after. ADP came in while I was stuck in the door chasing him and shot me to death.
