Summary: He shot randomly in the air, twice (Not recorded) So i followed him. When i was going to say "Hi" He tazed me. Randomly. Not sure if this would help but here is him shooting and killing someone with a crowbar driving away (note: The officer did not give ANY warnings.

He was tazing me randomly as well, also as you saw shooting at me randomly.
