Not sure if this is me or the forums but when posting a full reply or creating a thread I no longer see the bar in which you can insert images, alter text, insert quotes ect. Instead I see this:

I believe it is a forum bug, as I am also unable to see the bar.

hmm wonder if its related to shoutbox
as thats the main recent change
altho i only disabled mycode directly in its code

Yea, This happened to me also. When you started black listing the words in the shoutbox it disabled
