What do you mean? i'm not sure, maybe try to click on File > Save?
Also, which program are you using for graphic designing?

Im not using any program for design im using the standard default ones but they wont load, and if you know a software for me to make one if you could send me a link to a software. That would be great

If you mean on the forums.
Enter your steam id then choose the background.
Copy the image code in the colour red and go onto character and click make a sig.
Simply paste it in the box and ye then save it. But if you mean litteraly make one you need CS6 or check out the creativity section for more help.
