I was one of the cops. It is true. They were basing up in Tides with contrabands as BMD's. When i told them OOC that it wasnt allowed to base up, they told me that they were making a shop. I then heard the sound of Contrabands, so i cuffed the BMD on the outside of the base, while the man inside ran up and destroyed 2 sets of contrabands. Unluckily, since they destroyed the contrabands, we did not get any Scree shots of it.

I believe logs can be pulled up to prove that they did in fact have contraband, and they destroyed it around 10:20.

Both players were found guilty of basing on main street. A one day ban has been given.
